"Cassingle Of The Week" :: All For Love

Sometimes, there are little things in your day that let you know that life is worth living. Allow me to present to you the little thing of the day that will do just that:

All For Love cassingle from the Disney movie The Three Musketeers.

Rewind yourself back to 1993. Back when Jack Bauer wasn't the reason you loved Kiefer Sutherland. Back when you loved him because he was Athos, the clear leader of the musketeers and Charlie Sheen was probably either pissed about that or piss drunk.

I love this movie. LOVE IT. I'll watch it right now if you want to hang out and bring some popcorn or we could order pizza or something...

I have SO many stories I could tell! I will limit to the two below:

Story #1:

I love it so much, I have checked out the DVD extras. That's when you know you either A) love the movie - or B) are bored as sh*t. One of the extras on the DVD is the great video for this cassingle. I love that, too. I've gotten in arguments over it. Right, Susie? Remember? Do you remember how you said "Look at Sting playing that soaring guitar solo." And then I said, "Hey, that's Bryan Adams on the guitar solo. Sting plays bass." And the we argued. Probably mostly me. I, of course, was right, but that probably caused a decent rift in our friendship right there and then.

Story #2:

I've had this cassingle for a number of years. Right when cell phones first were able to send photos. AND I had a phone that could send a photo with audio that would automatically play. So, when I bought this in Pontiac, MI with my dear friend Casey, we immediately recorded part of the song and took a photo of the cover and SPAM messaged it to basically all my friends. WHAT A GIFT I GAVE THEM!

**ADDED BONUS:
This photo is from the back of the cassingle... Who the f*ck is this impostor in the center??

  1. Your recorded version of All For Love was my ringtone when you called for years.

Also, I will watch this movie with you any day. Any day like tomorrow.
